Daycare & Preschool Refund Policy
Tuition is refundable on a prorated basis. Registration fees are non-refundable.

Tuition and Fees
The following table outlines the total annual costs for a scholarship student:
Base Tuition (3-days weekly): $600 Monthly
Tuition for 4-days weekly: $800 Monthly
Tuition for 5-days weekly: $1000 Monthly
Enrollment/Registration Fee: $50 One-time
Instructional Materials/Lab Fees: $700 Annual
Technology Fee: $1,250 Annual
Total Base Cost (3-days weekly): $8,000 Annual
Total Cost for 4-days weekly: $10,000 Annual
Total Cost for 5-days weekly: $12,000 Annual
Tuition is charged as a single, comprehensive tuition rate that covers enrollment as a whole, rather than charging per course or per subject. Base Tuition covers 3-days weekly attendance.
These costs are identical to those published for all students: scholarship students will not be charged different amounts or subject to different refund terms than other students enrolled in the same program.
The school will not require a scholarship student to sign a contract waiving the student's rights to transfer to another qualifying provider during the school year.
The school will report to the Odyssey within five business days when a scholarship student withdraws from the school during the school year.
Direct Payment Authorization
Once enrollment is confirmed in the Odyssey Portal, parents must designate the tuition payment amount within their student’s digital wallet. Funds will be deducted from the scholarship balance and sent directly to Sproutlings School.
Refund Policy
In accordance with Utah Code § 53F-6-408, Sproutling School maintains the following refund policy:
Direct Remittance: UFA scholarship students who withdraw will receive a tuition refund. The school will remit any refund directly to the program manager (Odyssey) for deposit back into the student's scholarship account in accordance with the school's standard refund policies. Under no circumstance will the school directly refund a scholarship student or the parent of a scholarship student directly.
Refundable Fees: Tuition is refundable on a prorated basis. Registration fees are non-refundable.
